Under the guidance of Park Associati's architects, appointed by Finleonardo, the project for the conversion of the former Hotel Michelangelo embraces a strategy of controlled deconstruction, aimed at the recovery and reuse of materials such as metal, glass and concrete. The Urban Mining approach not only demonstrates a deep respect for the environment, reducing the demand for new resources and minimizing waste, but it also marks a significant step towards integrating circularity into the urban fabric.

The pioneering initiative bears witness to Milan's commitment to responsible construction practices and the city's ambition to position itself as a leader in urban sustainability. Through the enhancement of existing materials, the Mi.C project is proposed as a model for future urban regeneration plans, highlighting how the conservation of resources can coexist with architectural development and innovation.

The entire process is possible thanks to the use of the recent TopDownWay technology that facilitates the separation of building components, for an intelligent reuse of materials within new, increasingly ethical architectures.
