At the center of this initiative is the conversion of the former Hotel Michelangelo and the creation of a new skyscraper, the result of the vision of the Milanese architects of Park Associati.

LUIGI DI SAVOIA SQUARE

The area of Piazza Luigi di Savoia will be completely transformed, with the demolition of the old building to make room for a new office tower that will integrate green building solutions and coworking spaces, reflecting the most contemporary work and environmental needs. The project also involves the expansion of green areas, the creation of new pedestrian paths and the improvement of lighting, to make the area safer and more welcoming. This program, entirely Italian, aims to return to the city a renewed and functional public space, which can become a model for the future. The MiC. reflects Milan's ambition to position itself as a cutting-edge city in respect for the environment and in social innovation.
